Scale Up Event Grant (Prosper Portland + Travel Portland)

Scale Up Event Grant Free [ more ] up to thirty five thousand dollars, paid out over three years, for a portland event that is ready to get bigger. money can go to permits, marketing, contractor pay, equipment, accessibility. this one is for organizers, not artists, and the fine print is real: your event has to have run in portland at least two years, span two or more days, pull between one thousand and ten thousand people, and you have to be a registered nonprofit or a portland business. it funds events happening january through june of 2027. conferences, political and religious events are out.
